Copy shamelessly

My exploration with AI-led software development continues. Each day, I try to think of something new and useful to create and implement with AI coding agents (the latest is codex-5.3). For the past ~3 weeks, I have not added anything even mildly useful. I felt that all the ideas coming to me were bleh. This morning, in yet another planning discussion with Gemini, I said that I want the goal of this blog to be consistency >> features. In response, Gemini suggested streaks. And for some reason, my brain jumped to how GitHub visualizes long-term consistency in the most elegant way. Finally, here is a useful feature. It serves a clear purpose, i.e., reinforcing consistent writing. It is visually obvious. And it is elegant. Copy shamelessly. The 2D writing-consistency grid is now visible on the left-hand side of this blog.

P.S. Another gentle reminder that good ideas (not ideas) are the bottleneck.
